SPOILER ALERT need help on mission
it says i have to follow the bearded guy who makes properganda posters.......how? and how do i do it for the government....

He will eventually ask you for paint and scissors as a mission and installing cammers in his appartment you will find evidence of him braking the law this completes that objective when your working with the rebel group you can choose to let him give them the crappy signs for government completion or tell him the truth both complete the mission for the rebels.

Where do you get the paint? i managed to buy scissors from trader but not the paint.
