Is "Most Important Thing" achievement bugged?

Everyone in my family survived (son was in North Borea, but I went abroad with wife and dauther) and I still did not get that achievement. Did I do something wrong?

Your son must be with you. Not in North Borea. For that you should pay 15000(7500) for the unversity.

If you have the save, you can download it. But it will be hard to change it.

Well, I think I will just start playing on my save where son needs money for the school.

I just gave my son money and I got that achievement. Luckily, this game has not long story.
