Number found at the back (274-536)
So When I first found this number I could call it. However, I've chosen the option not to (since there was a question of like "Have you completed the game?"). Sadly now I'm not able to call this number again... Although I've read I could unlock a hidden achievement by doing so. Is there any possibility to call it now or do I need to restart the game for it?

Just rip off the paper on the letter to reveal the number again and you can call it again
