There was one. it's the one you put in Apartment 2 after you evict Jacob. He does look like a rich guy.

Okay, here's a tip. If you choose to give the doctor Sarah, Rosa's niece, as a girlfriend, do not complete the wedding quests until you get the antibiotics! If you do, Sarah will murder him, and it will cost even more.

The doctor should have been an option to move in after Jacob had been arrested.

this quest is bugged, i accepted the passenger for the coal mine instead and now I dont have the option anywhere to move in the doctor. Cool.

Its quiet annoying how much money and the limited timelines are set up. You need a good 20k at the least to give ur daughter the care she needs and then ur son the ability to be with his gf. The game doesnt pause when ur profiling or making reports so the ticker keeps on. The quest are quiet buggy too as in, I chose to let the dude with the barge job in instead of the doctor then once he moved out my daughters quest triggered and I no longer had the option to call the doctor to move in, like, why? There was literally no hint that I would need the doctor to move in for my daughter since the quest dont trigger at the same time, it would be more logical to trigger both simultanously, no reasoning why the doctor is no longer an option once the guy working for the boat leaves.

I hope the second is better
