Where's the sweater?!

I am trying to find the lady's sweater so she can give me aspirin for the sick daughter. I cant find it anywhere. Please help. Thanks in advance

You can simply buy the aspirin from Nathan, the trader, using some of your money. Just so I know, who's sweater are you talking about? If you ask Miss Ranek, she'll ask for a cardigan, where you can buy it from Nathan or find it in apartments. There is a glitch I found, however, that even if you don't give Martha the aspirin, the game will think you did and let Martha live.
