Fail Work Assessment?

Hello,

I'm trying to get the achievement for failing the fit and proper test, but the problem is that I am such a good employee of the State that I cannot fail just playing normally. I even loaded a prior save and submitted 10 false reports and still passed because I am such an amazing asset to the State.

Anyone here have some key points on how to fail the assessment?

I stole and took two penalties, but I still passed the assessment. Are there other things I can do?

How much State point did you have when you tried to pass the assessment?

Getting fined for certain things like helping the Schimmers and following Danton's orders caused me to fail the test.

Full list of actions to fail work accessment:

1. Do not report Shimmer (help him to go on a cruise)
2. Report Grubitz to Danton right away.
3. Set propaganda truck to New Tomorrow radio station.
4. Kill the general.

Started a new game, and it worked for me (wasn't bothering with stealing and such). Also couldn't get an achievement before. Hope this helps.

Try to do everything Danton's way and help power The New Tommorow movement, while getting fined and such. Like:

Help the schimmers escape.
Give the mysterious box to that one university student who's name I can't remember.
Don't tell Danton that Antoine is a secret agent, offer Antoine a place to hide in your basement, and rat him out to Danton when he searches for him
Ask for the leader's birthdate on the phone
Help set the mobile propaganda machine to the New Tommorow Movement.
Help kill the general.
Help kill Igna Birkenfield
Refuse to make a payment or donation to the state, military, or yourself at the end game section.
Don't complete any ministry tasks that have unlimited time, unless it's to call the ministry or advance the story.

This cannot be it. Firstly, I did exactly that and DID pass the test. Secondly, only two comments before you one developer talked about stealing. However, I stole more than 10 times and used my reputation to bribe myself out of the police and still passed the test.
Frankly, I am quite desperate.

Well, it's sad to hear that. Still, if you didn't started a new game for that yet, I would advice to do that and focus on those tasks. If you want the achievement, a couple of wasted hours won't matter much. I don't know why devs mention stealing in some messages, and don't talk about that in other. It probably won't hurt to also steal. All I know is that I did exactly what's in the list and it finally got me that damn achievement :-).

Or, maybe the savegames could be transferred between different players? If so, I could share mine.

For those who struggles to get the achievement, here are couple of savegames right near the end (no need to do anything, just proceed to accessment):

Put them into your savegame folder. Load one of YOUR savegames first, then load one of them from in-game.

I stole about 100 items staying always one item shy from being thrown to jail. After that first bribe with reputation points, I didn't had enough to bribe police second time so they messed me up and I paid 300$ for hospital fees and I kept stealing till they had enough and threw me to jail, and at that point I reloaded last save and stole only one item a day. And I still come short in cash to pay that 60k because I thought that for sure I don't need THAT MUCH CASH, so I slowed down and that was my downfall.
