difference write a report and profile a tenant

i found a lets play, and it's just filling in their interests so you can get some money

EDIT: I just realized it was not $250 per piece of information as I put in my post here originally--my mistake. Still though it's pretty easy money and it definitely helps to pass the information along to the ministry via profiles. If they'll pay you for it then why not.
