Jones Popanedo's quest

Hello,
I think I made a mistake, I declined the quest of Jones and now he says he won't help me to deal with the Schimmers's quest (They need to leave on a boat).
Is there a way to do sth or is it just impossible to find a deal with Jones?

I dont know.... you must get tickets for help... but i dont know which tenant. But i dont know any other way :(

Accept his deal and look for either Rosa Ranek or Nathan, the trader, to sell the fish. For Nathan, don't actually sell it directly to him, but instead click the option to talk about the canned food and he'll take it. Wait a couple of days and either Nathan or Rosa will tell you about the bad news. Go back to Popenedo and offer to make it up to him. Talk the Mark Schimmer about a way to escape, then go back to Jones and tell him to help the Schimmers

I wouldn't use Jones' tickets... just saying

You could also get Alolsius Shpak engaged to someone and then if its the ranek's neice, shpak dies later and you arrest his fiance and look in the crates. There will be a pair of cruise tickets there OR if you call the "socially active" woman advertised in the mail and get her to move in, get her to steal alolsius's golden brooch, then alolsius will move out and give you the tickets also.

You can also make Alosius choose the escort. You can get the tickets that way too.
But yeah the "best" way in terms of money, rep, and everything, is the niece + accept bribe + still call the police

That way you get the money from Sarah, the tickets from Alolsius and he lives long .

ok i know this is years old but how do you do the 2) section?

i told him about flowers, but when i reported her, alosius also got evicted and never seen since! so i missed out, and its something ive been trying to do on my latest playthrough before i try the 2nd game and i cant find a guide/walkthrough that can do this way?
