Game Stuck With 2 Quests Impossible to Complete?

I'm at the part of the game where I have Antoine Grubic hiding in my apartment. I've ratted him out to George Danton who is now waiting at the house's entrance. However Antoine never leaves and Danton does not speak with me, standing there forever.

Additionally, I have another quest that ALSO seems to be bugged at the same time. The scientist Bastian Walner with his wife Clara Jacque are staying in another room. I was asked to find out whether Clara is having an affair.

This is where the weirdness comes in. When Clara is alone, her secret lover arrives every day, enters the apartment and they go to bed for some fun time. Funnily enough, every time they do that, Bastian (the actual husband) also comes back from work and enters the apartment, caring not for the fact that his wife is there, having an affair right in front of him. The game does not allow me to speak to the guy that's having an affair with Clara and I can not offer any proof to Bastian in conversation (despite the fact that I have a level 3 camera over their bed).

So, pretty much my game is stuck in limbo at the moment unless I'm missing something big and obvious here.
