How to help Shimmer?

Hi, do you know how to help Klaus Shimmer escape the country? In Apartament 2, I've got the doctor living.

If you haven't already, find a girlfriend for the doctor. Later in the game, evict the girlfriend for breaking a directive and he will give you some tickets for a cruise. Talk to Klaus Schimmer and give him the tickets.

But the doctor doesn't want a girlfriend! Ho only needs money for martha's antibiotics.

If you already somehow missed the doctor's quest about finding him a girlfriend, you can also help Shimmers through Jones Popanedo's (the botsun) quest line.

Beholder wiki says the Ship with Popanedo will crash and they will die :P

Yes, they probably will, but keeping them alive wasn't mentioned in question :-).

I know this is a old topic but cant find anything recent - i have the tickets but theres no option to give them to klaus - it ends up asking me to get a form and now its stuck on that (tried this more then once and no matter what i have the tickets but never get dialogue to offer them

You have to get the form first from the other neighbor that Klaus needs to be able to leave. Then you can give the tickets afterwards.
