How to get Klaus Schimmer arrested?!?

I'm trying to get Klaus arrested by putting an apple in his room but whenever I try to report him, it says that I'm wrong! Here's what it says "Report rejected. Incorrect data. Directive date of issue." HELP?!?!

It was 6th Sep. put apple in Shimmer's bookshelf. Got evidence. Went to report. 6th September doesn't show. Tried 5th Sep. Doesn't work. Wait until 7th Sep. Go to report. 6th Sep is showing. Still doesn't work... wtf

From you're wording, it sounds as though you planted the apple on the 6th Sep. and put that as the date for the illegal item. When you make your reports, you need to find both the code number for the illegal item (AND) the date that code was first issued. An example would be if apples became illegal on the 3rd Sep. under the code 4863 on your report you would list the code number as 4863 and the date issued as 3rd Sep. If you were still having some trouble, I hope this helps.
