Unexpected turn

I tried planted the bomb parts in a tenants apartment but that doesn't get me any evidence and I can't get the police to search her apartment what should I do

Did you select the parts again after you planted them? Once you do, the script below should turn red and be clickable to signify it's something illegal if there's an ordinance against it.

Yeah I clicked it but it was just the normal, black text

There is a directive against destroying propaganda but nothing against bomb specificly and when I try to wait to see if something would pop up I just get arrested also thumbs up for checking on the game forums not enough devs do that

I have the same problem; I would like to plant it on Rowena, but the bomb's description does not show up as red.
