I'm not sure what you mean but if you're talking about the blackmail money its under the plant pot on the first floor

Hi, no I meant in the DLC. The cat says there is a hidden money stash in the foundations of the house. But I can't find it anywhere

Under the foundations sounds like the basement? Don't have the dlc, but that's my guess.

I found it eventually, it's under one of the paving stones at the side of the road near the bus stop. :)
