From the half-hour of the single-player 'practice' mode I've played, this game controls well, looks good and is fun.
However, it'd be a hell of a lot more fun if the playerbase had more than 10 people since getting an online game is literally impossible, currently.
Aside from that, I can see potential and I hope to see the game grow.

Go Go Electric Samurai is "hockey" with spaceships spikey obstacles around the map which destroy your ship if you touch them. It feels like its inspired by rocket league, although it didnt really gain nearly enough audience to push itself out there, despite being completely free.

Controls feel a wonky and ships dont turn fast enough to evade the spikes properlly. The biggest issue is that you can only steer the ships and you cannot completely stop them, they just go foward automatically, you can either speed up, or slow down a bit, which makes the game very annoying and obstacles hard to evade. Gameplay consists out of 2 teams with up to 3 players trying to score a goal. If you drive over the puck, it starts following your ship and you can shoot it out. Ships can also shoot rockets which i assume destroy other ships on impact.

There are 9 different maps and 9 different ships. If you prefer a more relaxing match, certain maps have no obstacles.


Go Go Electric Samurai is inspired by Rocket League and tried to make "hockey" with spaceships compared to football with cars. Its not really a bad game, controls could use rework , but dont bother downloading it unless you have some friends with you to play along, since the game is completely dead. If you want to try it by yourself, you can only enter the "training" mode, which sadly doesnt have bots and makes its pointless.

Go Go Electric Samurai, I liked it visually it reminds me of race the sun, but instead of relaxing and "racing" gameplay has you flying and fighting enemy's. Its simple but enjoyable I guess, Whatever you might think, I would say the game is worth a try if you are interested. Besides, its free.

This is pretty fun but I highly recommend getting it with a friend or two as the community is small at the moment.
There are different ships and they have different benefits (turn faster, move faster, shoot faster, etc) so there is some depth. Even more if you bring a friend, maybe one of you will run the ball with a fast ship and the other shoots? :O
They are doing tournaments too if you think you're good and want to try to win.
