I decided to get this looking for some 'So bad its good' content and then refund it because it's dreadful... But my plan backfired. It is physically impossible to enjoy. The 'comedy' is worse than anything I've ever been cursed to witness. This shouldn't be on steam.
The gameplay is non-existent so lets talk about

The Cutscenes

So it starts off as some guys being dumb, then it stays that way until you close the game. It feels like I'm watching some 6 year olds make home movies on a camcorder. The edit job is pathetic. They loop themselves standing still because they didn't wait long enough for some stupid dialogue to come through from another character. They even have someone scratching at bricks pretending to climb a wall... It feels like they are going for some sort of 'so bad it's funny' thing but that only works like 3% of the time and even then its not worth the mental tax you payed to get to that moment. The rest made me wince and cringe so hard it was impressive. You can't skip these long painful embarrassing cut scenes because they make up the majority of the game. Its unfortunately not even worth your time as a joke. The only funny part in this entire cluster ♥♥♥♥ was that at the end they put a paragraph about how they worked really hard on this, that made me laugh a bit. And also the 3 or 4 times in the game they tell you to leave a positive review. Eat cement mate.

It has no redeeming qualities other than it might make for some intense cringe content. Not worth paying for though as I'm sure you will be able to find this ♥♥♥♥ on YouTube. Now that i think about it, watching a play-through on YouTube of this game is exactly the same as playing it except you don't have to pay and its easier to get off your screen when you need an oxygen break.

I played this "Kim Jong-un" game as a RABBIT (?) with an easter egg basket that collected COINS (?), and when I stepped on some grass my rabbit character made sounds of a dying human MARINE. What?
Everything about this was terrible and cringe worthy and not in a good "B-grade movie" way.

Stop ironicly rating games like this good. No one should ever pay for this. No one should give this dumb kids any money. Never. Please.

So, if you couldn't already tell, Kimulator (formerly Kim Jong Un Simulator) is pretty much a nooby college project game made in GameGuru, a game creation software, using stock assets. It's horrible. We all know that, it's not hard to figure out. Don't buy, 0/10, buy GameGuru instead and play the default map.

Okay, so...

I've constantly been criticized for making comments about the developer and ranting about the "how did this game get on Steam" effect instead of making a review of the actual game, however, there are some games that really need it. This is one of those games.

I used to not give any thought to the terribleness and cancer of Steam after campaigning against it for a while. I just came to accept that we would get the constant crap that comes with weak quality control. This is both good and evil; there are terrible games that are fun and good jokes (see also: Bad Rats, because we all know how amazing THAT phenomenon was), and there are the really bad ones, the cash grabs, that just slip by. This has spawned many memetic reviews on my part, and, to be honest, I just really enjoyed playing these games. It was a fun thing for me to sort my library from the lowest-rated to highest-rated and play the first item on the list.

Now, I've shifted from just a player of games to someone who actually works with a game (and is going to be developing one themself). My viewpoint has really changed and I stand by my anti-crap stance yet again. I see the love developers have for the games that they put effort into. I see the true art that comes out. And, y'know, right now, I feel this insults indie game development as an art.

It's totally unfair to developers that that put time and love and personal sacrifices into their games have to sit next to this 5-minute[www.game-guru.com], 5-dollar[www.fiverr.com], 5-ounce puddle of wank. I genuinely feel really sorry for them. I feel really sorry for the games on Steam that deserve the rewards for having to be a part of a platform where their exposure is taken up by memes and ludicrousness. Saturating Steam with these games wastes resources, time, and pushes the good games that actually matter and need the exposure out of the storefront.

Games like this need to go back to Greenlight and get rejected. Games like this should never be allowed Greenlight at all. I just hope that when I finish my own game, someday, that Valve will have thought some more about the process that goes into getting games on Steam, and, as a result, Steam will have evolved and raised the bar higher than this, giving the attention back to the good games and turning away the developers that produce things like this game.

This is a collection of really awful videos with no humor or anything in them
and if that wouldn´t be enough already, you casn´t even skip them...

Since when did Valve decide that they wanted steam to be GameJolt except with even less quality control, seriously, why is this on Steam? This looks like a bad art project that I would find one a sixth graders personal web page. In all seriousness though this is the worst game I have ever played, it made Tompi Jones look like a legend. Anyways, we dont need meme games on steam, they arent funny, they arent good, and most of all they shouldnt cost money if they are on steam, now this here is a new breed called the "cash grab" where they decide to take money from sixth graders and under by inserting the pop culture refferences, Kim Jong Un and Jesus to make them go wild, because memes are funny, then they get their friends to put positive reviews so that it is mixed, or people put positive ironically because that is funny to do for some reason.

Basic Summary:

comedy game that isnt funny, cringy live action and bad actors, awful gameplay that is basically capped at 15 FPS, not very good combat, and greedy developers that spam crap games all over greenlight to get a quick buck, not worth playing or even buying, and i will leave you with their moddo.

Visuals which are 99% asset flips and basic assets from Game Guru FPS creator, and while that they are also insanely bad implemented without any semblance of logic or design.
Rest of visuals are 1st grader scriblings used as menu and loading images.
Performace even though I own machine which can run newest games at ultra on 4k at reasonable frames per second I am diping as low as 7 frames per second in this "game".
Level Design is non existent, seems like just randomly placed objects in random areas

This is also supposed to be superior version compared to pre release one which I was unfortunately able to play, yeah its superior in bad content added.
Most cringeworthy videos you can seen in long time, just check "trailers" no need to play.
Acting, well where to start Jesus is ok as its pro actor (who did not know for what he is recording lines), BMC produced stuff is just horrible.
Sound an ambience design is nonexistent, its just random gun sound attached to random weapon assets bought from asset store.
Gameplay if we do not count unskippable videos its roughly 5 minutes to finish whole "campaing"
Developers promised interacton with NPCs and sandbox gameplay, not like anyone believed them in 1st place, of course nothing like that is implemented.

TLDR
Do not get this game

How do I start? Where to begin? How is perfection created? Answers that may never see the light of day; although, the product of perfection stands right before us. In this game, starring the amazingly written characters: Sergeant, Jesus, Canada (child), and Egg. This is a story of courage, of love, of friendship, of betrayal, and climbing. Gunplay so incredible, one cannot simply begin to put it into words. However, if there is one major flaw with this masterpiece, is that it is flawless.

Not only are we graciously blessed with an amazing story, but the developers even went out of thier to bestow upon us not one, not two, not three, but FOUR incredible bonus stages; each with their own story, purpose, life lesson, and Egg. Weapon variety unseen, truly the most dedicated piece of work ever created.

Let's begin with the menu. Beautiful art, amazing graphics, intuitive design, and a dog. After entering the game, you are met with a handsome young gentleman who goes out of his way, taking the time out of his day, to teach you the basics. What a kind creator. If only god could be so kind... or perhaps, he was? For creating this masterpiece.
After the short tutorial, you are allowed (ALLOWED, as in given the choice by the great creator) to choose your own path, your own mission.
I begun with the boxing arena. I was expecting a quick boxing fight, but was met with a series of perfect levels, amazing OST, and enemy variety spanning through the ages. Upon reaching the boss, I was met with the battle of my life. So tense, so breathtaking, and yet, over in a flash. Upon beating the boss, I was left to ponder... to wander. And then I went back to the tutorial area.

Level 2. The Egg. There were eggs. And more eggs.

Storymode: You start with an arsenal, and of course, the best weapon of them all: the strongest, the most versatile, the quickest. You are able to pulverise the incoming swarm of Kim's henchmen. After reaching the entrance, instead of doing the cliche of walking through a door, you have scale to the top. Of course, rather than forcing you do a task so difficult, the gracious developers allow a cutscene to do the work for you. And it keeps going. And keeps going. And keeps going. Then you are arrested. Then climb again. And it keeps going. Until you reach the top. The top where Kim himself resides.
After the most intense firefight of my life, I am greeted by 'Sergeant' who brings the biggest, greatest plot twist known to man. After betraying you, the credits roll. The story concludes.

In conclusion, this game. This game. Beauty incarnate. I cannot recommend this game enough. If you are looking for the best game ever made, you have found it my friend. Enjoy.
