Legendary Loot in Normal Mode ?

Hey i just cleared the Secret Passage in Rhodes on Normal Mode and dropped a Legendary Amazon Speer from the Chest. I know this Chest has or had acess to almost anything in the Loot Table but since when can you get Legendary Items in Normal Mode?

I played this with the a Workshop Mod that among other things includes Loot Plus, is that maybe the Case?

I think I found a legendary before with a loot+ mod in normal but can't remember but I guess it all so depends on the odds of that chest and if it does have access to all loot of the game then yes it would be possible.

Okay i just got another Legendary Spear, Queen zenobias, after my 4th Run so it definetly wasnt a one time thing.

Got Queen Zenobia's Spear off Secret Passage as well, so was pleasantly surprised.
Due to Ragnarok, my main in still stuck in Normal; I have no characters on Epic or higher. Nor did I install any mods.

Now if only Mjolnir dropped...
