I can confirm my Warden can kill them on epic, but that is no longer a main story directive at that point, as much as me just going back to kill them for farm grinding. So the issue is likely tied to the mission objective somehow. I do not have any other character within close range to confirm that thesis however.
1) Back up your save files (found in your Documents\My Games\Titan Quest Immortal Throne folder)
2) Delete the last created .que (Quest) file for your character in the right difficulty folder. (Might be more than one. You can experiment a bit here.)
3) Try the fight again.
You might want to try a different weapon with the Shen Nong's Dark Medicine Relic (or whatever it was called). Or get some green rings / amulet and stick the Monkey King relics on them. What I mean is put some resistance-lowering gear on and see if you can damage them then.
But yeah, it might just be a bug.
In terms of gear: Right now im using Archon's Judgement, circlet of storms, bracelets of storms, robe of storms, loratian greaves, adroit loop, crest of murong, prokopios and effigy of skyfire.
I don't see why 2 of the sisters would go down with that gear and the 3rd one wouldn't though.
