Play Atlantis or Ragnarok first?

Hi guys, so I've finished the main quest and Immortal Throne and I was wondering which direction to progress next. Should I do Atlantis first or Ragnarok and then Atlantis? Will it make any difference?

I don't think it makes any differance. But Ragnarok came out before Atlantis so that's the order I play them.

Same here - Ragnarök first - just to make Ylva pay back for all the annoyance!

...though she's an annoyingly noisy pet companion...

If playing in ACT order, you'd do Atlantis when you get to Rhodes (Act 4.5) and then Ragnarok once you've defeated Hades at the end of the Immortal Throne part.

Atlantis can be litle tricky depending on your resistances , as the 1st part of Atlantis campaign can be tough duo of undead and 1st boss.

Try whichever one appeals to you most first. So long as you have portals available you can leap around the whole game. I'd go into Ragnarok first just to get the portal there open and then you can portal back to Rhodes and start Atlantis if you want to. Or do Ragnarok first and then Atlantis.
