Whats a reliable place to farm harpies for pristine plumeage

I cannot find a good area that has a lot of harpies that spawn in act1 to farm pristine.

Knossos has a lot of flying parasites, there are some areas between Megara and Delphi that have groups of them as well. So set your rejuvenation point, harvest those you can find, reload the game and do it again and again as each item you collect is saved as you drop into the menu.

The drop rates aren't super high, so there are times you won't get any pristine plumage drops, and there are times you might get a few.
