Do I have to watch the show to understand the story?
I REALLY don't want to watch a boring 30 minute episode between certain levels. I just want to play the game and watch the in game cutscenes. Is that a possibility?

I would say they are 100% skipable, the only relevant thing to main plot, is why A or B helps you on last Chapter over the radio, depending on your choices, and also you may or may not fight a pseudo-boss...but honestly you wont be missing out on much...they expect you to read "notes" to explain more plot stuff, but honestly...however thought of expecting the player to read books in an action game, should be fired.

I just played through it in 2 days. You can skip them, but it pretty much takes everything away from the game, and story mainly which kind of defeats the purpose of the game.

How so? I cant think of anything that happens on it that really matters for the main story, aside from whose voice u gonna hear on the radio in last Chapter.

yeah, i just read one of their text in-game, such a fricking long and boring wall of text not even relevant to the game.
the one in control was kinda fine since it's only in few paragraph, but there's too many of them. but it's important because most of them had hidden story beneath it, not some random text
heck i dont even bother to read text on FC6 and that's just one paragraph mostly
