Seems the game has been delayed to 2018 all of a sudden
Look at the store page, says 2018

Not suprised given the lack of updates in the last months. Though its curious there was no dev journal about the sudden change.

Just for info: dev has a discord and seems to give updates there, plus some twitch streams.

All yeah, I've been talking about pushing back the date on Discord and Twitch for some time. Haven't been checking this page as much. Finally got around to updating things today. Aiming for early 2018.

It's not so much a push back as just a realization that there was way more work than I had expected. Save system, UI, and localization were way more complicated to implement than I originally imagined.

Also, anytime after September isn't great for releasing indie games. You get too close to holiday season, which means big AAA releases and a lot of journalists and platform staff are on vacation. I could get the game out December, but that would be a bad launch period.

A tip for you as an enterpreneur: Dont skip steam news section. Some People dont care/wont bother with twitch/discord. Some dont use those. Some dont have Time. All of those night want to check some news you post on a website (your website or steam's). Recently I found out that some Games I thought were dead suddenly released or turned out to be on Steam for quite some Time already. Why did I skip those? They lookes dead because of lack of news. They lost a sale becausethey neglected some Information channel. Their loss. Think about and good luck.

Now would be a great time for some kind of update. Anything at all, even if it's bad news, would be welcome.

Hey all - I'm glad to see that you are all excited about the game.

I can assure you all that the game is very much in development. The game is made by a very small team (I am the only person working full-time), and we have very limited resources.

You can find updates for the game on twitter , youtube , and twitch [www.twitch.tv] (where I stream development almost daily).

I prefer to post here when I have major announcements (new trailer or release date, etc). We are currently in the final stages of development (securing funding, fixing bugs, design of final area), and I do not have the time to post here as frequently. There is also a lot of news that is under NDA which I'm unable to share.

Long time to go without any news at all. I was starting to think the game was dead due to the lack of updates since december. I suspect im not the only one.

I appreciate you're excited about the game, but like I said, my time is incredibly limited with actual development. These updates are actually quite time consuming for me to do, and there hasn't been a major news item for me to announce.
