Bugs and Error Report & Troubleshooting Thread

I was going to post this as a temporary review but I do not believe that is entirely fair on the developer with their first game and that they deserve an opportunity to present their game in the best possible light.

My girlfriend and I spent time playing it separately and both of us had the similar issues rear their ugly head.

---

#1 - LUA errors - empty values, etc. with error messages popping up on the screen advising us to report this to the developer (which I have done)

#2 - Sliding puzzles - the type that have an empty space that you move a piece into (horizontally or vertically) - some of the adjacent pieces refuse to move into the empty space. This makes it impossible to finish the puzzle even if you know its solution.

Both of these issues appeared too frequently to consider it a one off scenario..

I'd love to see this game without bugs as its something I can envision a number of gamers enjoying and relaxing to. I sincerely love the concept of the game serving as a guide to some aspects of spirituality, meditative practices, etc. My girlfriend is a spiritual person and I can see her gaining a lot from a polished product.

thanks for reporting. The sliding puzzle bug has been brought to my attention and a fix is in the works. I'll look into the other things as well, although I never had any crashes so far.

I'm afraid your graphics card is not supported. I guess you are on windows, right?

I am having the same issue;

Playing on Windows 7 64bit; graphics AMD HD 6770M as well as Intel graphics; tried both, but getting the same error;

No other game I played (600+) has this issue so must be something specific in your game.

Would be great if you could provide a fix.

What is interesting is that I just tried the game on my old 10+ year desktop with Intel Pentium 4 and it runs fine there, but not at all on my 2+ year media/gaming laptop.

Its not a complete crash, but when I start the game it shwss "Error: tooltips.lua:14: Cannot create canvas: Not supported by your OpenGL implementation." and I can't do anything.

Me too - notebook with Intel HD 3000 integrated graphics. Also I haven't noticed a game update since yesterday. What was meant by "restart steam and get the new update"? What has steam restart got to do with game update? Pardon me if I missed sth about steam update mechanics but makes no sense to me

when an update is uploaded, restarting steam will force the update to be downloaded on your side. otherwise it might take some time (no idea how much)

i cant save the game? when i hit Esc and Q it says save and exit, and when i open the game again it showed only "new game" not "continue"?

i just curious, when i type a name, and there is 'F' letter, it comes to weird like the screen pop up and the game didnt on full screen, and when i hit F again it full screen, but the cursor is gone?
