Teleport out of Paintball

Brand new to Steam, VR, and Rec Room, so I apologize for this seemingly easy question. How do you leave paintball and teleport back to the locker room? I went into the "River" paintball field and no one was playing, but I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to exit other than ending the game which is not what I wanted to do. The nice lady that gives directions in there told me I could practice or return to the locker room, but she doesn't say how to accomplish this. I didn't see a door like I do in all of the other games in rec room or any other method of leaving. I am sure it is really simple, but a quick google search and a search of this discussion forum yielded no results. What am I missing here? Thanks!

Click the button above the touchpad on your controller. A menu will come up showing you a few things. There are tabs at the top; use the pointer and trigger and select the one on the left that looks like a door. Now you see the list of all of the different areas of Rec Room including buttons for Locker and Dorm. This is a also a great menu if you just want to quickly go to different games without having the "walk" to them.

Hello, I'm using the vive and i dont get a menu after pressing the button above my trackpad. It drops the paintball gun, but no menu.

In recent versions of Rec Room, the menu has migrated to a watch.

To open the menu - look at your wrist as if you're checking your watch. It should appear!

Now use your other hand to navigate to the Play menu (icon of a door), and choose "Locker Room"
