Deleting old account

Hi

So I haven't played in a long time, and when I tried to login to my acc it asked for the birthday (not sure if I had to put in one when creating it... also if I did so, im not sure if I put a correct one)

Anyways if I submit a birthday it will just get stuck trying to login...

Is there anyway to remove that account, as I didnt play that much and it seems to be junior quest account.. so its not registered.
