Is there any way to switch to first person at all in pancake flat screen mode?

At the moment, there is not. Is there a particular application you'd see for first person over the current viewpoint?

Not yet, I'll have to try it more. I only have PSVR so when I was on Steam I thought I would try the flat mode with kbd and mouse, only played about 30 minutes or so to check it out, though the paintball and quest mode is a but awkward in 3rd person.

Or at least maybe an option to change the opactiy of your avatar in 3rd person?
