What's a bit disappointing about it, in comparison to Rec Room, is that it feels like a normal MMO that just added VR features. In Rec Room, you're legitimately dodging and blocking hazards and smacking enemies halfway across the room. In Orbus, you swing your sword, the enemy loses health based on stats, and it plays the enemy-got-hit animation. Other players just zip around all stony-faced, and when they speak they sound like they're right on top of you because the game doesn't appear to use sterophonic sound sources.
IDon't get me wrong, it's a good game and currently the best option out there for VRMMORPGs, it just feels way more game-y than Rec Room. If Against Gravity chose to parlay the Rec Room quests into a full MMORPG, I think it would be a smash hit.
