help with log in

You didn't give a ton of details, so I'm going to just throw out some things, and hopefully one of them helps!

• Just checking, you are trying to sign in with a Rec Room account, correct? This is different from your Steam/Oculus/PSN account. If you don't have a Rec Room account yet, then you'll want to select the "Create a new account" option when the game starts up and enter your email. If you've entered your email but never finished setting up your account, you should have gotten an email from [e-mail] with a link to do that.
  
• If you know for sure that you already have a Rec Room account, you can try signing into it at https://rec.net, and can also reset your password there if you've just forgotten it.
  
• If none of that is working, are you getting any particular error messages when you try to log in? That could help with diagnosing the issue.
