Change map and game mode in paint ball?

Is there a way to vote for a map or mode change? Today I got put into a 1v1 game of capture the flag which is a total borefest with only 2 people, but a death match would have been fine.

If there isn't then may I submit this as a feature request?

You can change the game mode via the scoreboard in-between games. There's currently no way to change it during a game.

To change maps, the easiest thing to do is go through your watch menu.

It can be a little clunky at times, and we're always open to suggestions for making it better.

I think what he is asking is for a way to change the map without actually leaving to another game. Right now you'd have to party up with everyone you are currently playing with to go to another map together.
