Great game, but here are some issues I’ve encountered [Spoilers]

I had fun with this game over the last few days, and now that I’ve only The Vault left, I decided to point out some of the minor issues that I’ve come across:) Nothing game breaking, but still it’s something to polish. Be warned – possible spoilers below!

1. Drop-pods are still not fixed. During the game at most 2 Technomagi soldiers left the pod that dropped (heh…), and only if they saw an enemy. Usually they would just walk in place in the pod, trapped behind the closed ramp. After some time the pod would disappear, but the soldiers would be still walking, in the air…
2. Cache with the reward from the Hunting the Treasure quest map still shows question mark[imgur.com] and the bag symbol on every visit. After interacting with it – it’s empty. After leaving the looting screen it still shows the bag icon[imgur.com], just no question mark. But go away and return and the cycle repeats.
3. Cache on the pillar next to the elevator[imgur.com] in the swamp map[imgur.com] can’t be accessed, no matter the angle I tried.
4. Cache in the Zone 06 checkpoint spawned inside the cargo station[imgur.com].
5. Schematics on the outside[imgur.com] of the research facility in the Zone 07 don't give me anything. After looting I get the Inventory updated[imgur.com] text, but nothing new shows up on the list. I actually miss a few recipes, so it’s not a case of a full list.
6. Some traps respawn. And they do it at a crazy rate. Two locations are affected for sure – one trap in the thieves’ house in Lewmar (Thick As Thieves quest) and 4 traps next to the house from the Poor Sister of Mine quest[imgur.com]. There were 11 mines in that one stack[imgur.com] .
7. What the hell is a Poise stat? Some removed mechanic I assume. Because I have two armor upgrades[imgur.com] that only show up on the upgrade screen. I’m pretty sure I got them from the A Monolithic Mission quest, but not 100%.
8. During the Ladys Plus One quest the skill cache next to the tower gave me the Acrobat Speed III upgrade, which I already had. But I am missing the Acrobat Speed II upgrade…
9. During the same quest I was supposed to be able to get rid of the item Levitating Plant from the Thick As Thieves quest. At least that’s what the gamespressure guide says[guides.gamepressure.com]. And your twitter account endorses it, so… I tried talking to everyone, but didn’t find a way to unload it. Just for the curiosity sake – any way to actually do anything with it?
10. I let the mayor go during the Burden of Leadership quest. After meeting him later on in the Wasted Mosquito, he claims to give me the perfected formula, but there is nothing new in my inventory.
11. I’ve told Pyla about the 450 Auryte cache during the For Whom the Disc Tells quest. When I later found the cache myself, inside were 2 runes D and 2 Letters from Pyla[imgur.com]. But the letter is empty[imgur.com] .
12. Runes and puzzles – I’ve completed 6 puzzles, and I’m left with a second rune D[imgur.com] from the above cache and a second rune Z[imgur.com] from some other quest. However I‘ve no quests left but The Vault. That means I can’t complete the last puzzle[imgur.com], as it requires a rune[imgur.com] I don’t have and can’t get anymore.
13. They only potential source for it is the one side quests I’m supposedly missing, according to the gamespressure guide again[guides.gamepressure.com] – In the Land of the Desperate. However the two thugs from the screenshot and description don’t have any note and no guy Soldan shows on the roof of what I suspect is the location of this quest[imgur.com] . I cleaned it waaay before and noticed the locked trapdoor on the lowest floor. Any other place I should look for the starting point of this quest? Or am I just out of luck?
14. Cinder Man has two entries in the journal. I can kind of understand that – the first is the unknown subject[imgur.com], the second with his ID known[imgur.com]. But the text just gets a second paragraph, so a more elegant solution would be to replace the record completely.
15. Wave Witch[imgur.com] has no such excuse – second[imgur.com] entry just adds a third paragraph.
16. I like Thyra, but 3 character entries are a little bit of an overkill:) I can understand two – with different info[imgur.com] we get about her from different sources, but the second one[imgur.com] has only one less 1 paragraph than the third one[imgur.com] .
17. You can loot her sword after defeating her on the arena with the poison sword (The Only Way Out quest), and she still says she wasn’t searched yet and gives you the sword for the second time – of course if you revive her. Probably the check is for “everything looted”, but I just took the sword and the named armor piece. I somehow ended with 3 copies of the sword, IDK how I got the third one.
18. Speaking of Thyra, I know how she remained undefeated for so long. Air pull-ups! [imgur.com] – nobody can compete with that! She is doing pull-ups on thin air in the hideout if the screen is not clear enough.

Yeah, a wall of text, but maybe it will be useful in fixing a bug or two. As I wrote at the beginning – nothing game breaking, just small stuff.

Waiting for the sequel, because the world is too interesting to leave it just after one visit:)

8. I had exact same issue. It seems there's two of the speed 3 upgrades.
9. You can indeed get rid of Levitating Plant during Lady's Plus One quest. To do this you must find Du Motier himself at the party after Lady Firefly introduces him to you and before you steal the artifact. You can tell him you have an artifact, and he will direct you to his upstairs office to speak to someone who will pay you a lousy 100 auryte for the Levitating Plant.

I found him outdoors at the "ground" floor of the main building in his estate, near all the tables with food, wearing a reddish vest and armed with a sword and parry dagger.

After speaking to Du Motier you will no longer be considered as trespassing in his office, and don't worry if you had gone in there before and killed a guard. I had and thought I bricked the quest, but the proper NPC only spawns in after you talk to Du Motier. There is also a note in that office with the code to the safe security, but you can just hack it as you would any other safe in the game.
