Then they rush back, it takes them some time to get there.
The solution that worked for me is to wait :) Eventually they will find a path that won't make them fall through the floor. The funny thing is that if one of the guards will find such path first, he will wait for his less fortunate colleague.
It takes about 5-10 minutes for me.
Thank you for reporting this bug - we're aware of few issues that still persist, but we're having trouble with reproducing them, so in order to fix it we ask community to help us in tracking them down (as sometimes the reason for a bug is something so specific that only the reporter can point us in the right direction).
If you would like to help us make Seven a better game we would like to ask you to send an email titled "SEVEN BUGS" to: sevenbugs@foolstheory.com
with:
1. Link to this thread (so we can backtrack the issue)
2. Save Game file before the bug appears.
3. (If possible) Save game file with the bug already present (if the game allows you to save after it appears)
4. DxDiag
5. A link to youtube video with a gameplay footage of bug happening (so we can retrace the steps you took).
Thank you in advance for helping us improve our game,
