Cant restore energy

How i can release this debuff?

This just happened to my character.

I'm replaying so just using a single save, which means borked if there's no fix.

There's a solution: you have to cross a gold forcefield effect again to de-trigger it, otherwise it's permanent.


Leaving this up in case anyone has the same issue.
