What a Pair issue
The guy is looking for pairs of socks, that's great, there's 3 different types of 'pairs of socks' after you give him one type, he refuses to accept the others, considering he has no socks he really shouldn't be so picky. It's really annoying he won't just take all 3 types of pairs of socks. REALLY annoying considering how hard these stupid things are to find.
I have 46, 42, 30 of each of the 3 types of paired socks. If I put 2 of them into a container and bring him the 3rd, it doesn't matter which one, he'll accept. Why is it, if you bring him another type after that he wont' accept when he would have accepted it before he got any pairs.

on that note, with all the singular socks why is teriel too stupid to say "Hey I have 53 of this same EXACTLY SINGLE UNPAIRED SOCK. Maybe I could, I don't know, maybe lay one next to another one and BAM have a freaking pair." Then he'd have 26 more pairs and a single unpaired sock left over. Being able to pair them would make finding pairs of socks significantly easier seeing as you can find unpaired socks out the ass, but paired one are really freaking hard to find.


So bacially.
1. The guy should accept ALL pairs of socks not just the first type you give him because that's stupid.
2. we should be able to take unpaired socks of the same type and combine them to make paired socks, because it's not rocket sience, every time anyone does the wash they do exactly that.

Hi!

This was not intentionally designed this way, there was just a bug with counting paired socks. Issue is fixed and will be introduce in next update. Sorry for the inconvenience, is case of any other troubles, please do not hesitate to let us know.

I finally found 50 of them to get it done, managed to get just a few more than that even by the end of the game, finding pairs is a pain.

You can also deliver him single socks, however he will only accept them in pairs, meaning he will accept always an even number of single socks (of any kind). These also make things done in this quest.

WAIT I could have given him single socks???????? Seriously????? Now I feel like crying I spent so long... looking for pairs... oh my god. 114 hours to beat the game... so long finding his stupid paired socks :'( I could have finsihed that sooooooooo much faster no.

I also got another issue with that quest, after handing over those paired socks he wants me to leave letter in Esmeldas's room, but unfortunately he didn't give me that letter.

I tryed every object in the quest tab and i always get 'can't transfer' and there is also no letter from him!

So Quest broken.

EDIT: I even killed Esmelda and nothing happens?!

EDIT2: Ok, nvm, the letter was sorted in wrong tab and hidden in all tab.

It's not in the wrong tab, you can't move QUEST items, which to me is kind of annoying I'd like to put ones away I don't need simply so I can see things, notes for finding locations of treasure and safes and stuff are more useful than something I used forever ago but I digress. This was brought up a few times so far, it's only found in the ALL tab for that reason, it doesn't fit in anything but QUEST items but since they can't be transfered they had to put it somewhere else that's the idea of it.

It wasn't in the (...) tab and in no other tab but is in the all tab? I call this wrong tab, because the 'all tab' only contains all other tabs, so if it's in no other tab why is it there then? I also didn't first check the 'all tab' exactly because there is too much stuff there logically because it contains all other tabs.

If it's not in any of the other tabs, what tab would you expect it to be in? The All tab. Seems like the right one to me.
That being said, they should put it to the very first area in the all tab to make it easier to find.
