Overseer zone 05 - how to reach it?

Hi, I've been sneaking, killing guards and gathering keys/keycards around checkpoint 05 for a while by now and I can't find any that opens the door to overseer. Is it some kind of bug or this one is tied to some quest or storyline? Right now I have like:
3x "Checkpoint 05 Key"
4x "Checkpoint 05 Quarters Key"
5x "Keycard Tier 3"
However none of them opens the door to overseer's room. I'm positive that I killed each Soldier, Pioneer and Skirmisher at least once. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi!

Key to Overseer is held by woman soldier Technomagi in Warehouse in Checkpoint 05.
1. You enter Warehouse Checkpoint 05
2. You get the key from woman soldier in Warehouse Checkpoint 05

You can also drill through the Overseer door, if you have Multi-Tool improved :) in case of any more trouble, let me know or send me your save game at [e-mail].

She never has the key for some reason for me, its never in her inventory

I am having the same exact issue... I have killed every guard around this checkpint numerous times and the key holder never appears.

I can confirm that the soldier inside the warehouse doesn't have any key on her.

From a general point of view having so many doors that require upgrades that you perfectly might never get at all is a game design failure imo.

Same here, there is no key at the girl's loot or pickpocketing. I have 2 kind of keys for overseer 005 and no one appeal to the lock. Looks like my whole gaming experience is broken here :( Help please! Video proof - https://youtu.be/UnNWcB2q28c and savefile

Same problem here but the door opens easily with a lockpick level 2.
