Has anyone realized what the "something stronger" you need to put in the incense bowl for the quest?

I'm trying to figure that out as well. Maybe we need to make the booze from one of the earlier missions? The one that requires Bandalisk Sh*t? I don't want to go back and do that though. I've been throwing so much sh*t into that thing....

Ive just found it out.

Its "Skratch", altho it could have a different name duo to translations.
Its a yellow and white pill with the discription saying its a illegal anesthetic or drug.
I dont remember where i got it from, i only know i got 4 of them.

That "skratch" from "You scratch my back" quest... The quest, that i finished long time ago T_T

Ok, I've opened the mechanism and now I have to search around Peh for places mentioned in the diary, BUT the diary mentions none and moreover, there are no quest markers

go to the 04 area , find the 'shady merchant' in your map , you will find the 'Skratch", if not sell , kill him and you will find it in his dead body.
