Runes & Location puzzles

is there anyway to know which runes belong to which puzzles? I got a rune J and i have no idea where to go

Any chance anyone knows where to find the actual Rune for number 4 in the imgur? It's the one in sector 4 in the tech rot. I've found the puzzle location and I've beaten the game but I've not found that rune.

I know I've used Y and R as I did those today, I'm not sure if there's a way to check what other runes I've used. But I know that location is the only one without the pedistal sticking out of the middle and I don't have anymore runes so I'm not sure which letter I'm missing hopefully someone can help.

I mention those cause I've seen in the posts that the one in area 4 is attached to the Cinderman sidequest, which I've done, and someone got rune Y from him. However, today when I started the game I had runes R and Y and I used them both, neither on the area 4 location. I assume they can't be used on locations they don't belong to so I'm not sure what goes in it.

I know this thread is old but in case anybody finds it in search for the location of rune D (the one for the puzzle in sector 4) I want to share what I just found out: When doing the quest "For Whom the Disc Tells" after rescuing Pyla, tell her where she can find the 450 auryte. When you now find the stash (it's near one of the entrances to sector 6, where the visa vending machine is, just above the merchant under the red flag) there will be a letter from Pyla and the rune D.
If you don't tell Pyla about the auryte you will find 450 auryte but no rune!

This is the exact location of the rune.
Till now, I don't have a clue what is more valuable. This screenshot link has the exact location of the rune. I took this route after telling Pyla (find her in the bottom most floor of the area) that she should have the 450 auryte since it belongs to her. She thanks you and gives you the location of the Rune.

I did not find any red flag as the game mistakenly suggests and the other clueless^ Seven players cluelessly kept parroting about. The location is just 'outside' Zone 6 (in fact near the border of zone 6 and zone 3 on the top left side of zone 3 in the map right near the merchant generalist. Get near the merchant generalist and use Sense mode and look around. The cliff right above his shop should show a question mark.
