Pulling Strings: Where is the guy i have to kill?

Hello,

to get the trust of some Quest-Giver guy i have to revenge the death of Egon by killing a guy in a red jacket (iirc, questlog no longer mentions the red jacket). My problem is that i cannot find the guy in the red jacket in the marked area (near the bar).

Also alternatively you can kill him when I you first enter peh in decontamination, he's just killed the dude in there and you can confront him , so when he issues the quest, you can finish it instantly

Thanks for posting that video.

I have killed the 3 guys below already. The fourth guy in the red jacket was missing. There was no talking either when i entered. Might be bugged?
