Metal Chains?

Anyone found metal chains for the "Master Crafter" quest yet? I've found multiple magnets and rivets from various containers throughout the beginning town but no chains as of yet.

If u go do the "Valuable Experience" side quest, then u'll find plenty of metal chains to loot from the containers lying here & there.
Edit: That's how i found it easily. Otherwise it will take time if u search them in the first town/area. You can also buy it if u have the money.

Yeah. The best way to obtain items needed to repair crafting station: Take a quest from Auryte Collector and make it (on the cliffs near town). You will find all items to repair crafting station there.

The "metal chains" are actually called Metal Chain Piece. You can find one in the cart outside the entrance to Lewmer. The other two are nearby, but I don't remember the exact locations.

That's a retarded game design to say the least! I wasted a lot of time searching for "metal chains" but all I ever found were the stupid chain pieces. About 90% of the items are useless in this game. I wish someone had a mod that could get rid of all that clutter and/or fill it up with something useful.
