Multiple Difficulties? Key Rebinding? Mouse to Move?

1.Does the game have multiple difficulties? I tend to play more for story then challenge.

2. Is there rebindable hotkeys? Being a lefty this is a must for me.

3. Is it traditional mouse to move? Or is it WASD/cursor keys? I really prefer Mouse to move.

1. Not that i've seen.
2. Yes you can rebind the keys (works well with controller too)
3. WASD to move mouse controls camera angle.

I'm intrigued but I think I'll wait until some of the issues mentioned in the review are fixed before I potentially purchase the game.
