Last two crimson crow missions on cruel, need build help
Ok I just limped by the Mungo violent and I am dreading mashing my head again snipers and gunners. Heres my party

Albus is magic knight forestall/counter life drain build. This works great... Except 90% of the enemys gunners now. Think I need to go great sword?
Irene I just gotta go solo hero build, never used it since most maps are too small.
Scions fine hes a one shot one kill blaster.
Annes a white mage with an extra life, I think shes fine
Heixing sweeper, my builds very 50 50 on if it works so please suggest what to focus on
Ray alchemist is doing fine
Kylie hackers goated
Leton I'm missing a ton of ice masteries, any ideas where to farm them? Also best dodge mastery sets?
Alisa white knight. Shes tanky as hell but that only lasts so long.
Biancas witch, is that best for her? Give mastery set ideas. Shes good but not best atm
Misty I'm missing tons of ninja masteries and I hate the shoehorned in stealth. Right now shes built as a rogur multihit murdermachine with 100% dodge. Not viable against snipers sadly.

Finally I have spotted frog hero and ice draki prince, my builds worked till gunner hell so they need reworking.
Should I even bother with drones?
Thanks in advance!
Bonus question, what masteries drop from shadow of the past? Everyone says theres a bunch.

Hard to say if something is wrong with the builds without seeing them. Scent of the past has a mastery for each choice/outcome you can make. If I remember right most were unique, and a few could technically get gotten from somewhere else. In the guides section there is a list of where to find all the masteries, though it gets a bit fuzzy when you hit the second dlc.

Drones and monsters are useful. Drones with that mastery that prevents it from dying is really useful because it eats up all the reaction shots. The snipers get a lot of bonus damage from exposed targets, so if you have any perfect draki scales (it's an item).

I'll see about posting my builds in a bit.
Darkness Hunter is useful on the final two missions, especially for Misty. I also run it on Anne but most people don't.

Demolisher Wristguards for bleed immunity on units that can equip them will make fighting Red Sand a lot easier. Their rangers, slaughterers and snipers all have Hemorrhage for +100% damage to bleeding enemies, which is a big part of why they hit so hard.
The snipers also have +75% damage to exposed targets, which you can mitigate by standing next to cover. Even if they're flanking you, as long as you have a symbol next to your health bar they won't benefit from that bonus.
Their sweepers don't have hemorrhage, instead they get damage bonuses to close targets. Their accuracy is mediocre when they're not using their auto-hit Close Suppressive Fire, so typically if you don't run up to them you'll be fine to leave them alive.

Albus:
I tend to take Counterattack off of him by this point. Second Wind + Magic Shield + the item/positioning advice above makes him one of the best tanks on the Red Sand maps. Forestallment is still good.

Sion:
His Furious Lightning Gale skill is fantastic in general, but especially on these maps. Your build is apparently fine, so I just wanted to say that.

Irene:
There's a mastery set called Fanatic Pyromaniac that she loves if you're doing a hybrid build. It's Cauterize + Phoenix + Pyromaniac + (i think) Flames of Regeneration, and it'll recover her cooldowns with Cauterize so the rangers won't mess her ESP up that much.

Anne:
Darkness Hunter optional

Sweeper Heixing:
Darkness Hunter works really well on him as well. Sweeper has a mastery set called Everything Needs A Slice Of Luck which is Luck + Overcharge + Quick Cover-Up + Lightning Reflexes which is a very powerful mastery set, and you can add Cheating Death to also enable the Escape Death mastery set.
He loves Owl Eye in both his classes. You can't target enemies further than you can see, even if you have a unit spotting for you, so +3 night sight is effectively +3 range on night maps for gun users.

Alchemist and hacker:
Yeah, both good classes on these maps.

Giselle:
Wasn't mentioned, but she's another good Darkness Hunter/Escape Death candidate if you're using her as a Hunter. Also loves Owl Eye by itself similar to Heixing.

Leton:
Crabmits have a lot of the ice masteries. If you tame the Snow Mountain Crabmit and one of the regular ice crabs you'll get pretty much all of them.
Dodge doesn't have much mastery set support, but the Blind Spot mastery is really good.

White Knight:
Only advice would be to use potions, or use Ray/Anne to set up Regeneration on her.

Bianca:
Witch is fine, I think both of her classes are about the same power level. I really like running Skilled Military Strategist with the Wind Hammer mastery on her. Pretty much every time you hit something that's next to a wall, she and everyone around her gets -20 AT. Sometimes I run Darkness Hunter on her. Second Wind + Magic Shield is another option.

Misty:
All her Ninja masteries are from achievements. I'm a Rogue main myself though. Darkness Hunter! Also Wild Cat to remove autohits from the rangers and sweepers. Sometimes I run Metallic Muscle Armour on her, and like Leton she also benefits a lot from Blind Spot.

Negooris and drakis do pretty poorly against Red Sand in general, but they'll be more useful in the next map. Mungos and Crabmits are pretty good against Red Sand thanks to Shooting The Wrong Mark and Relentless Footstep respectively.

Drones are optional. It's possible to make powerful ones, but you'd really want to be running Kylie as an Engineer if you want to use them for anything more than tanking.

You'll have to do all the Scent of the Past choices eventually if you want the achievement, but you'll have most of the masteries from them by now just from DLC enemy drops (they mostly give a bunch of the board-changing Human masteries). The exceptions are Waiting from Anne's choice and a couple of Irene masteries from her choice, which are unique to that scenario.
Any list of the mastery chouces in crow? Mist guides quit long ago.
I don't think so? It's been a while for me though.

There aren't any choices that give masteries after the mission in chapter 5 where the white tigers are fighting the bicrons on the train. You can check the dialogue tab of https://jolimaku.github.io/TroubleMaster/ when you want to see the effects of any choice (being aware that spoilers are not marked).
Update. I have all the masteries I need just gotta sort them, going down the list I'm on Ray. I also tanked up my beasts with wobbley belly.
I stopped short noticing my gears trash. I built gear sets but those are more stepping stones for most.
I got heixing crit gear but I need to get a double crit gun, I got Misty some serpent stuff since I enjoy multihits.
I need to get Irene a new chest piece then some boots for Leton.
How does crafting gear with stat bonus stuff work like suprime etc? Do I have to max my crafting? Or is the internet lying that my crafted goods can have random bonuses?

Set items will not get random affixes. Everything else can be identified like you do for random drops.
God I wish a guide told me, google ai literally gave me wrong info lol
I did it! Its done! Thanks everyone. I honestly only had to swap gear and masteries like 4 times in the entire game. Till the crimson crow dlc I would say this games very well balanced. It got dicey in Lion and witch with some Violent cases (Introducing that gunner that puts everything on cool down and or silences you was not cool!} but was good enough.
I played the entire game on cruel and again, till the dlc I never felt the game was unfair even if I failed.
