Third Age DaC- When does the one ring appear?
I'm playing as Isengard and i want to keep the one ring for myself, Where can i find it?

It'll turn up.

You'll probably get a message "The One Ring has been located!" and it'll be in some settlement far-off like Carn Dum.

Ignore the Ring and just trash everyone around you, then get the Ring as an added bonus :P
