FPS lagging on a high end pc

I run into really bad lags we arent talking 40 fps or so but going from 60 to 1 fps randomly after tabbing out. Only fix is a restart which isnt optimal since it takes a turn atleast...

same problem here, after the update my game lags alot, every time a wave starts it goes from 40 to 10, before update it was always stable at 60

Hmm, so the lagging only starts after tabbing out in the middle of a game? Or is it happening regardless in every game?

Happens a lot when tabbing out, recently it happens at random wave starts aswell. Had it happen a lot on wave 11 but could be random.
I'll submit the stuff later tonight if I can find it.

me too, it is serious lagging issue. The lagging in the game occurs more frequently in the later stages. Sometimes I can't even build or sent

I have the same but after pressing the windows button after tabing back in it just goes straight back to 60 and stays like that, at least for me

I just got the game and I'm having the same issue, around wave 7 it just becomes completely unplayable. I have a brand new CPU and a 4070ti.

it happens to me too. from very high FPS to 1 fps. i fix this by either ending the game or restarting the game. When I reconnect, everything is back to normal.

Question, are you guys running exclusive fullscreen? or borderless fullscreen(if theres even an option for that)?

IIRC the exclusive fullscreen option actually doesn't do anything different anymore, it is the same as borderless fullsceen, so it shouldn't matter

There have been three months and this question still exist. I found in that time, there was almost 100% memory usage. Maybe Memory Leak happen
