his roll for fighter selection is always the same: buzz, gargoyle, ranger, ivory, antler, and radiant halo
he'll open up with a green devil every time and send a snail against you wave 1, what he sees from there he's going to use to his advantage and strike when you're weak, get comfy knowing what wave you'll be weak on and plan accordingly.
he does not build the same build every time after wave 1, you'll have to watch and determine what would be a good wave to send on, it'll be harder due to his inherit +25% fighter dmg.
its uncommon, but he may take a wave to upgrade his king, use this to push for workers if he does.
At Round 16 the required team value will jump by about 1.0k but ofc he will easily prevent a leak even if you chip in high mythium units while also outscaling you hard on the workers. Waste of time
Interesting maybe, sure. I also don't recall waiting til Round 16 though. Go big & hard on 2/3 sends.
This was PRE nerf to him too, spent maybe 1 hour observing then won.
What used to work, if you need it, is NOT quitting after a loss but right after wave 1 ends, restart the match.
For whatever reason, this dumbs down the AI "just a tad" and makes the fight easier. Unless they patched that out. If they did, it's not gonna be any easier anyway then it used to be because all hard modes were nerfed recently.
I went through all hard modes as shrine pre nerf fairly easy except for the 4th stage, none of the youtube videos I looked up were helpful, they're dated strategies that don't work because of balance changes.
You really just have to watch when to attack / defend, and learn to save Myth instead of spending so much, or spending too early. Just have patience & launch big. (Which contradicts that annoying little advisor pop up)
Once you make mental notes of when the AI is sending on which waves... "Restart" and max out your workers when you can, max defense up pre send. Thats it really.
I also highly doubt that someones "Observation skills" has anything to do with having a life. Keep the small pecker syndromes out of here. Just observe & analyze before you go in trying to win the first try, repeating stupidity again and again....without observing still.... again.
I mean Einsteins theory.... can't repeat the same sh** expecting different results.
I wont directly react to provocations from internet heroes. Do the psychoanalytical part with your psychotherapist and leave me out of it. Pro tip: Don't talk about peckers and complain about discussion culture in the same context. We are talking about strategies for a TD game here, No one asked for you to raise me.
"you do really need to figure out how to leak him with the right sends and hold against his."
So is it really just trial and error and you cannot pursue any fundamental strategy to beat this? Such as eco early, scale late, etc.
