Love the gameplay -- what's next?

This is my favorite combat platformer ever. Simple controls with directional attacks, dash, dodge, jump, specials, charge moves, just the right amount of depth and speed. It's a perfect package. Hoping the developer does another game w/ similar controls and mechanics.

Anything else I should take a look at on Steam with this 2D action platformer melee-focused feel? Only titles I can come up with are Shank 1/2 and Samurai Gunn 1/2, although I consider these inferior systems. Preferably w/ local multiplayer either co-op or competitive. So many games today focus on guns, not enough resources on old-school slapping.

Me too, I would kill for a sequel. The story ending could absolutely be continued and I think the super small community this game has would dearly appreciate a sequel xD
