We sent Rogue Quest to a playtester we'd never spoken to. No tutorial, no walkthrough, no setup call. Just the build and 30 minutes.

Here's what happened.

The poker hook lands fast. They were dealing damage with a Two Pair before the 2-minute mark. By minute 10 they were chasing Flushes on purpose.

Power Cards became the moment. When their first synergy fired, you can hear the realization in real time. That's the loop we built the game around.

The blacksmith surprised us. They spent more time at the forge than we'd predicted, and the moments around card upgrades pointed to a few UX improvements we're already working on for launch.
