Squirrel cooking improvements

I would love to see the squirrels being able to have multiple meals active at any given time, just like in their initial bonus in Conquest. It just feels so much better. If that makes them OP somehow, then by all means nerf their effects.

Similarly, I gotta say, their victory condition, the Banquet of Valhöll feels so bad to make. You want it to be this epic feast, but it takes a year to make, it doesn't give you any bonuses while you're making it, and you can't make anything else in the interim. So you're just sitting there for a full year doing nothing, waiting for it to finish and not being allowed to do squirrel things. It even feels like you're penalizing yourself, because you can't get the bonuses you otherwise would've been able to get if you were allowed to cook normal meals.
