Spectral Warrior won't decrease ally happiness.

I was playing a team game with AIs, and one of my AIs was Kraken clan. An issue I was having is that they were camping their soldiers inside my territory, including a spectral warrior, and there was nothing I could do about it as my clan was unhappy. I had to build more breweries and upgrade to make my clan happy again.

There shouldn't be a reason why I should struggle like this because of my ally have spectral warriors in my territory, and I can do nothing to make him leave except wait until he does so by himself.
