Change resolution

I'm playing Northgard on my laptop with a 4k screen. After some time playing my legs are getting slowly roasted as my laptop heats up like in no other game.

How can I change the resolution of the game? Is there going to be an update with in game settings for that? I don't care about the loss of quality as long as my laptop doesn't overheat too much.

Edit: You can change the resolution now. Options -> Graphics -> Resolution
Don't forget to enable fullscreen

Currently there's no way to change the resolution - likely because the requirements are so low.
However, I'd love to see the option! Love the game and would love to see it run smoothly on my Suface Pro (2017). At native resolution, audio begins to stutter due to the performance drain.

Please add resolution option!

No, this definitely is an issue even on my desktop with 4k. The ui is so friggin small, I even tried reducing my resolution but the game still plays natively at 3840x2160 or atleast the UI still presents itself that way in lieu of the pc's res setting.

Thing is, not in terms of gpu power, but just aesthetics, when the UI scaling is set to 1.5 or 2, it's not high dpi.

+1, it needs HD assets, even loading screens look pixelated, and upscaled ui appears very blurry and its not easy on eyes.

I you're releasing new paid DLCs it is an expectation that the basic game gets updated to work on modern hardware - high DPI screens in this case.
