TLDR:
Be understanding, be a human, they have updated this game for free for 5 years, let them cook.
The most frustrating thing might be the intentional features, like the 90 second timer in every lobby or that timeout penalty for leaving broken lobbies. The only purpose of those features is to steal my time, and I have every right to be upset about this.
Also, there has been little to no communication about the issues, sure there are patches but no apologies, instead I see Shiro make up excuses for the bugs. Irrelevant features like achievements got prioritised before actually fixing the game. I really can't understand some of the decisions that were made...
Of course people are working on the issues, some things have become better already, for example the game has recently stopped crashing. And I don't want to blame anyone personally of course, but I will keep criticising the bad decisions that are made.
