After more than a month, Multiplayer is still not working.
Whenever I queue up for a multiplayer game, I get thrown into the same broken lobby, where I cannot see other players or select a clan and timer is frozen. I don't understand how broken lobbies can stay around, please do something about it. Worst of all, the game is giving me a penalty for leaving lobbies now, which is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up when broken lobbies are more frequent to encounter than functioning ones.
Even though, I want to be able to leave a lobby when I notice one of my teammates being afk, I don't want to play 2v3, maybe this could be solved with some kind of activity check...

but seriously, the community has been calling for a rollback of the lobby finder so we can play ranked in custom lobbies again, Shiro keeps ignoring this and sticks to their broken feature. Please start making sure that your patches work before you release them...

No need to be over dramatic. There was a big holiday and time off, devs are human too they have family and loved ones as well. Shiro took Northgard from Stone Age to Modern Age with years of FREE updates. So let them cook, the dev team is more than capable so stop complaining and be understanding. Tbh this community gets treated way too good by Steven and James, as I see people complaining in the forums 24/7 and how toxic people are in ranked games.

TLDR:
Be understanding, be a human, they have updated this game for free for 5 years, let them cook.

Well, I'm aware that devs are only human. I'm not complaining about their capabilities, but about the decisions they make. When that patch was released and the game broke completely, I felt left alone by Shiro. Everyone called for a rollback which never came. That's the reason why people keep complaining, they will stop when the game works again.

The most frustrating thing might be the intentional features, like the 90 second timer in every lobby or that timeout penalty for leaving broken lobbies. The only purpose of those features is to steal my time, and I have every right to be upset about this.

Also, there has been little to no communication about the issues, sure there are patches but no apologies, instead I see Shiro make up excuses for the bugs. Irrelevant features like achievements got prioritised before actually fixing the game. I really can't understand some of the decisions that were made...

Of course people are working on the issues, some things have become better already, for example the game has recently stopped crashing. And I don't want to blame anyone personally of course, but I will keep criticising the bad decisions that are made.

It's not the devs that decide what to do with the game. Someone else is. And that very person who makes all these decisions acts like he / she's trying to kill Northgard by making very bad decisions over and over again, like always pushing releases that aren't ready to the store to make it for important "good for a sale" dates, during which the devs take some extra time off while the forum erupts in flames, like not caring about profile corruption (no integrated standard process for file backups alongside updates), like not offering a rollback via Steam to a stable version (as other games on Steam do), just in case the current version is a horribly bugged mess that doesn't work at all (AI broken, new lobby system issues), like keeping bad servers for multiplayer, like attempting balance wrong (as seen with the marketplaces: first massive buffs, then massive nerfs instead of going back to how they were and taking some time to rethink this), like adding new conquest mode missions with a free update but not wanting any feedback for those, refusing to improve old ones that have received a lot of critique and likewise the conquest bonus effects.

The entire issue with them "working" on this game is that they keep jumping from one thing to the next while adding DLCs but without ever refining something to a state in which it's:
-stable
-good design
-fun
I don't want them to keep adding things. I want them to take their time to refine what is there. Actually I want them to stop adding new things because that just degrades the quality of the game.
I agree 100%.
