Cheat Raven Trade Win

Someone in Ranked FFA won trade win 802. He was Raven and scout all neutrals trading with them so fast. He was already 100% with Jotunn beginning 801 and do all neutrals like that. He got an army of scouts to do that. 802, time we start scouting him, he was already winning the game. It was impossible for us to stop that. It's so cheated way to win.

I tried this strategy in solo game ffa. I put 3 scout camp. 3 scouts trade jotunn and 3 scouts to kobold. 801 i finish trade with them, i put 3 scout to dwarf after. It was faster because i was trading too with market. when i was finish with neutrals, i trade mirkalgard 802 and i win trade august 802 very easily. It was very fast. I did nothing spectacular. It's SO CHEATY !! It's just nonsense. Trade victory should be difficult. I could play this strategy in ranked but i dont play for rank but for fun so i wont use it on it. I just wanted to see how this player did it. But really shiro change this now. It's ruining fun of game.

No it's too easy to trade with raven. It's nonsense to let this kind of win exist. It's harder to win fame, lore or domination win than trade. So shiro must balance win games to be fair.

I think it is easy to fix this.
Reduce or remove the capacity to steal trade status from neutrals... I don't see a sense for them to have it in first place.
