Crashing every time at winning screen on any single player mode

Sorry for opening another thread, but now I am crashing every time I win a game. Single player, Conquest or story mode. Worst thing is my progress is not even saved. Just posting this so that other people may confirm this and hopefully it gets attention and a fix.

If you have any fix or suggestions feel free to post them, and thanks in advance.

+1, happened to us during the co-op campaign after beating the first mission.

Running threw the first mission and for the third time, it crashed at the victory screen too.

Same, after every victory, game will just crash.

Same whenever i host a co-op conquest and win or concede it locks the game up and i have to force close. My co-op partner is able to leave the lobby back to menus succesfully.
